Nima Ghedami began his professional career in Los Angeles, working in the commercial film business producing commercials and photoshoots for fortune 500 companies. After a successful 15-year career in the film business, he was recruited by an emerging women’s retail brand based in his childhood city of Houston where he was tasked with launching 30 stores across 7 states. After a successful completion, he moved on to working with independent investors and developers in the acquisition and construction of retail projects. Nima is a licensed sales agent in Texas and a member of ICSC and a CCIM candidate. He loves spending time with his family, reading, and playing Tennis.
